Don’t forget your
Dues.
Get ready for the last
tournament of the year. This is a great time of year to bring friends
and relative who might want to join our club. It’s also a great time of
year to have friends and relatives play with you in a tournament. Come
play in the Holiday Invitational. December 12th.
7:30 a.m. back nine-shotgun start, 4-Man Lone
Ranger Scramble. After the tournament everyone is invited for a little
holiday lunch. We will have a few raffle prizes at the lunch.
Limited to 100 players. Make sure you signup
quick.
Guest’s are invited.
Every member may bring up to three guests. Unfortunately or fortunately
they have to be male in gender. This is the men’s club and although
we’ve become soft we are still the strength of the species (physically
anyway).
Definition:
The Lone Ranger
is a 4-man scramble with alternate players playing their own ball. That
puts the onus on one player per hole to come through for the team.
This is a great
tournament format that puts every player to the test. At the end of the
round two scores are added from each hole.

team getting 2 Mulligans and 2 Gruesomes

Single player, throw out your three worst holes.
Mar 20 (Week later than normal)

Posting Scores!
All
electronic posting will be suspended from December 22, 2009 until
January 04, 2010. This includes both posting at the golf course and
on-line posting through the SCGA. Please keep your scorecards or
records of the scores. After January 04, 2010, you will be able to post
all your scores either online or on the computer at the course.
